  We have been to the "lounge" chains a few times, but this one has been the worst of our experiences, not to say its bad, but on our second visit here the service was lower than usual, the bar staff was not in good spirits, and our breakfast orders took exceptionally long to arrive. Unfortunately one of our orders was also overcooked. It seemed like on this particular day staffing may have been an issue.
  
  But our waitress was good and was apologetic about the delay and service. We will have to make another visit to see if this lounge can redeem itself.

  Came with my friend for her birthday for drinks and the menu was awesome so we had food as well, amazing staff really friendly and loved the pancakes. Would go back again anytime and highly recommended... Thanks ludo lounge.. Might give the quiz night a try :)
